Business Development Director, Ecosystem Partnerships

In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through partnerships across the ecosystem that expand Miro’s reach, deepen integration with partner organisations, and strengthen our position as a thought leader in the industry. You’ll cultivate influential advocates, build long-term relationships, and create data-driven systems to ensure partnerships are delivering real impact. This role is both highly strategic and execution-focused. It is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, relationship-building, and hands-on deal-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand Miro’s reach by increasing exposure to new users and decision-makers through strategic partnerships
  • Integrate Miro into partner organizations to drive sustained, organic adoption
  • Establish Miro as a thought leader through co-branded initiatives, joint research projects, and program integrations
  • Identify, cultivate, and empower key influencers and advocates within partner ecosystems
  • Design and implement metrics, reporting mechanisms, and feedback loops to evaluate and optimize partnership effectiveness
  • Drive pragmatic, high-quality execution by prioritizing impactful opportunities over noise and delivering visible business outcomes
