It owns paid acquisition across channels such as paid search, Meta, YouTube, and emerging performance platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable revenue growth within strict ROI and payback goals. This function combines deep channel expertise, data driven decision making, and a culture of rapid testing to scale Miro’s reach and impact.

Together, they deliver high performing acquisition programs that support both product led and enterprise growth motions.
We’re looking for a Growth Account Manager with deep direct-response acquisition expertise to scale Miro’s paid acquisition programs. You will own performance in one or more core channels (paid search, Meta, YouTube), driving measurable revenue growth within ROAS and payback constraints. Paid search experience is highly preferred due to its rigor and measurability, but proven direct-response success in other performance channels will also be considered.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns globally, such as paid search, Meta and YouTube.
- Hit revenue growth targets within ROAS/payback goals, while managing a $X million budget.
- Form hypotheses, design and implement experiments, collect data, apply findings and drive rigorous testing of audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with creative and analytics to maximize channel efficiency.
- Find opportunities by analyzing large amounts of data and implement tailored actions to reach our objectives.
- Organizing performance marketing data, making it understandable, and communicating it to your key collaborators.
- Identify and scale new high-performing channels or formats.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years in direct-response performance marketing, focused on converting investment into verifiable growth.
- Proven success in managing large budgets for measurable acquisition.
- Paid search experience strongly preferred.
- Rigorous command of attribution and incrementality, with CRO applied to validate causal impact.
- Strong analytical capability and effective cross-functional collaboration, with decisions grounded in evidence.
- Drive to leverage the latest AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our work.
What’s in it for you:
We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow.
