Job Description
We are looking for a highly professional and motivated person, with a desire to work and develop in the Tech domain in the role of Talent Acquisition Assessment Specialist.
The purpose of a role:
Ensure efficient and smooth assessments of candidates in a talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities:
- Development of core competence model.
- Monitoring and being accountable for all collection of assessment evidence.
- Making assessment decisions together with the management, who may gather some or all the relevant evidence.
- Running staff training programs in specialized fields, equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to be productive members of the workforce.
- Delivering and assessing relevant candidate diagnostics methods.
- Implementing assessment strategies and methods.
- Maintain Assessment Platform system as an administrator.
- Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree (sociology, phycology, marketing or other relevant degree).
- Solid previous experience in Employee Assessment area.
- Certification in personnel Assessment would be a plus (HOGAN Assessment, SHL OPQ 32, THOMAS PPA (DISC), EQ).
- English level upper or higher.
