Miratech is seeking a Workforce Management Product Manager to support and continuously improve Workforce Management products and platforms. As part of a global, customer-focused organization, you’ll contribute to delivery across customer care, finance, travel and lifestyle services, and operations support.
You’ll partner with Operations, Technology, Analytics and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories and product features, and help prioritize the backlog.
