Responsibilities

  • Assisting Executives in IP-related matters and daily tasks
  • Updating, maintaining and monitoring deadlines on file-related matters
  • Generating standard letters, drafting invoices and ad hoc correspondence
  • Working within a team and contributing to team’s objectives
  • Performing tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Proficient in PC skills, esp. in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Hardworking and self-motivated
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
