Our client, a leading global real estate services provider, is seeking a skilled Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their dynamic Rural Estate Management Team in Lincoln. Position Overview
The Rural Chartered Surveyor will play a key role in providing comprehensive estate management and professional consultancy services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including private estates, institutions, public sector organisations, and corporate entities across the East Midlands region and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional estate management and professional consultancy services
- Manage property portfolios, including lease renewals and negotiations
- Prepare detailed management reports for clients
- Handle residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
- Maintain accurate records and terrier for managed estates
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property compliance
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to build relationships
- Assist with departmental administration, meetings, and marketing tasks
- Work effectively with other disciplines within the office
Requirements
- MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification advantageous but not essential
- Up to 5 years of post-qualification experience in rural surveying
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Full driving licence and access to a car for business purposes
- Eligibility to work in the UK
