The Team You’ll Join
You’ll be part of our EMEA Account Management team led by Stanislas Joly, VP Account Management Global. The team consists of 5 Account Managers, each managing a portfolio of enterprise clients across different EMEA markets. Together, you’ll be driving growth and retention for Mirakl’s most strategic clients across the region, while regularly exchanging best practices and deal learnings with your counterparts in the AMER account management team.
Your Impact
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise platform accounts, identifying and executing upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across Marketplace, Drop Ship, and Catalog Manager products, managing complex sales cycles end‑to‑end with support from regional and specialist teams.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers at strategic accounts, serving as their go‑to partner for marketplace strategy and growth.
- Develop and execute account plans that align client business objectives with Mirakl’s roadmap, unlocking expansion opportunities across multiple markets and business units.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless, high‑value experience throughout the client lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to proactively address client challenges and position Mirakl as the definitive platform of choice.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Experience:
- 8+ years in account management, sales roles managing global or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell motions with complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise clients.
- Experience working in an international context, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMEA markets.
Skills:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute long‑term account plans that create mutual value.
- Strong business acumen to understand complex client business models and connect them to Mirakl’s solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multi‑stakeholder, international environments.
