About Mirakl: Founded in 2012, Mirakl enables retailers and B2B organizations to launch, scale, and operate marketplaces, with solutions including Mirakl Platform, Mirakl Connect, Mirakl Ads, and Mirakl Nexus. Mirakl has dual headquarters in Boston and Paris and serves a global ecosystem of marketplaces and third‑party sellers.

Team: You will join the Mirakl Connect sales team led by Louise, Director of Monetisation - Mirakl Connect. The team consists of 8 Account Executives covering EMEA and China, connecting sellers to marketplace platforms and accelerating multi‑channel expansion for brands and retailers worldwide.

Your Impact:

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging SMB sellers and brands across EMEA to expand Mirakl Connect's footprint.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, manage pipeline, deliver solution presentations, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, consulting on multi‑channel expansion needs and demonstrating Mirakl Connect's value.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless integrations and accelerated time‑to‑value for new customers.
  • Provide market intelligence by tracking industry trends and competitive activity to refine sales approaches.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high‑growth environment.
  • Team player: collaborates effectively and shares best practices to elevate team performance.

Languages: French, Italian, Polish or Dutch language is a plus.
