Your Impact
Joining our sales team presents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of B2C eCommerce. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth and champion the adoption of the marketplace model among leading global enterprises. With a solid background in enterprise software sales, you’ll quickly adapt and build a strong pipeline, achieving success by consistently meeting and exceeding quota targets through the effective execution of a territory plan. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders, leveraging these connections to deploy the Mirakl solution and uncover strategic market opportunities. Persistence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach will be critical to excelling in this role. A strong foundation in B2B software sales, preferably with expertise in eCommerce, is essential for contributing to its ongoing evolution. We seek self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals with a strategic mindset who excel at conceptual and solution-based selling. The ability to create momentum within large, complex organizations is key. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve the quarterly objectives set by management.
- Identify and engage new clients aligned with the company’s strategic goals, focusing on achieving both strategic and operational objectives within your assigned geographical area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the highest levels of an organization, including VP, EVP, and C-suite executives.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, addressing technical, legal, and financial considerations along the way.
- Optimize time and territory management to maximize efficiency and market penetration.
- Contribute to enhancing Mirakl’s network and public visibility to strengthen its presence in the marketplace.
- Manage prospect and client expectations effectively to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Drive net new deals while nurturing existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in the software industry.
- Experience in SaaS or eCommerce is preferred, or in selling performance-enhancing software such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, ERP, or supply chain solutions.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.
- Proven success in closing complex deals.
- A solid understanding of business practices and current industry trends.
- Comfortable with conceptual selling while effectively demonstrating ROI.
- A strong work ethic with a history of consistently exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
