Senior Commercial Manager We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to drive partnerships, growth, and go-to-market strategy at a leading AgTech startup transforming the future of farming. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy, build relationships with major corporates and farmers, and play a pivotal role in scaling a globally impactful business. This is a role for someone who combines commercial acumen with startup grit – someone who’s as comfortable pitching to executives as they are rolling up their sleeves to get data and decks ready. If you’ve worked in consulting, business development, or early-stage startups and want to join a company on the brink of major Series A growth, this is for you! As Senior Commercial Manager , you’ll take ownership of building and executing our commercial and partnership strategy. You’ll work closely with corporate partners, farmer networks, and internal teams to drive engagement, close deals, and shape the narrative around our platform. What you’ll be doing: Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, farmers, and other key stakeholders. Support and lead go-to-market efforts, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Represent the company at conferences and events, building brand awareness and credibility. Collaborate with operations and product teams to align client needs with delivery capability. Work with data and insights to prepare commercial materials and partnership reports. Identify new partnership opportunities and design strategies to expand reach and impact. What you can bring: Commercially sharp, articulate, and confident engaging senior clients and partners. Experience in sales, business development, or consulting (ideally within sustainability, tech, or agriculture). Data-literate – comfortable building decks, using analytics to inform decisions, and understanding the numbers behind the story. Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
