The Role:

We’re seeking a Senior 360 Talent Consultant with a proven track record in the Data & AI talent space. This is a high-performance, client-facing role that combines business development, talent sourcing, and relationship management in a 360 capacity. The right candidate will have a sales and winning mentality, a passion for the industry, and a commitment to delivering a super slick, tailored service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities through face-to-face engagement, networking, and community involvement.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Data & AI roles, from sourcing to placement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and the talent market to present tailored solutions.
  • Organise and participate in events and community engagement activities to strengthen our brand and network.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within client and candidate partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to continuously evolve our service offerings and market approach.
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience and maintain high service standards.
  • Embrace continuous improvement through kaizen principles, and work with purpose driven by ikigai.
