The Role

As HR/CRM Product Owner, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of Workday and Salesforce, ensuring these platforms support business strategy and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy – Define and execute a roadmap for Workday & Salesforce in alignment with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior leaders to ensure platforms are delivering value.

Backlog Management – Prioritise system enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

Process Optimisation – Identify and implement efficiencies, leveraging platform capabilities.

Compliance & Security – Ensure all regulatory and data security standards are met.

Training & Adoption – Develop training initiatives to maximise user engagement and effectiveness.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing Workday & Salesforce, from implementation to optimisation.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in integrations, security, reporting, and system configuration.
• Experience in transformation programmes and process re-engineering.
• Ability to map processes, define risks/controls, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• A problem-solver who can translate technical expertise into actionable business solutions.
• Financial acumen, including managing system budgets and cost control.
