A brilliant opportunity for an IT professional ready to step into a project-focused role within a fast-paced, large-scale technology environment. You’ll sit within a major technology programme, supporting the rollout of IT solutions across multiple European locations. Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, and business teams, you’ll play a key role in delivery while also owning smaller projects yourself.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting delivery of IT projects from concept through to implementation
- Owning smaller projects and driving them through to completion
- Coordinating across IT, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers
- Supporting testing, rollout, and go-live activities
- Keeping documentation, reporting, and governance tight and up to date
- Getting hands-on where needed: device setup, infrastructure checks, on-site support
What they’re looking for:
- Background in IT support (1st/2nd line for ~3+ years)
- Someone ready to step into projects and take more ownership
- Solid experience with M365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and endpoint management (e.g. Intune)
- Good grounding in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments)
- Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar)
- Exposure to hardware rollouts, site support or multi-site environments
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Confident communicator who can coordinate teams and keep things moving
- Happy being onsite and travelling when needed
- Exposure to project frameworks (PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) is a bonus
