The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Delivery Consultant (Agency) to take ownership of delivery across Data & AI roles, with a strong emphasis on account management, candidate headhunting, and process management. This isn’t a “cold BD-heavy” role, but you’ll still need a strong sales mindset; influence, persuasion, spotting opportunity, and gathering market intelligence are key to delivering at a high level and managing candidates properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across Data & AI roles (perm and contract)
- Manage and grow client relationships through consistent, high-touch service
- Headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates through proactive search and networking
- Build and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a premium candidate experience
- Provide market insight to clients on salaries, process, and hiring strategy
- Negotiate offers and manage close processes with pace and professionalism
- Partner closely with the Mirai team to share market intel and raise delivery standards
