What Youll Be Doing:
As a Gas Repair Engineer, youll be key to ensuring our customers safety and satisfaction with your high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs with efficiency and skill
- Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and effectively
- Completing annual servicing visits to keep systems in top shape
- Striving to meet first-time fix targets
- Maintaining the highest quality standards on every job
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is always a top priority
- Communicating any delays promptly with both the contact centre and the customer
Who Were Looking For:
We need someone who is experienced, reliable, and passionate about providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
- A full UK driving licence (with less than 6 points)
- Experience in Social Housing (not essential, but beneficial)
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to engage and work well with a diverse range of customers
