Join the Team at Mirage Inks Limited. Mirage Inks Limited is an independent manufacturer and supplier of inks and coatings to the global packaging industry. We are currently looking for a Sales Order Processing Clerk to join our Export Department.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing export documentation and associated paperwork.
- Organising transport and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Export Department.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good administrative and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Previous experience with export documentation and/or freight forwarding would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
What We Offer
- Full-time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm.
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
