We’re looking for an experienced photographer to join our creative production team.

Working at our state of the art Norwich HQ you’ll be shooting & editing photos featuring our full range of strength and conditioning equipment and working with top athletes and influencers.

In this exciting role you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality images of products and creating visually engaging content for web use. This office based role involves shooting, editing, and retouching images to meet brand standards, ensuring all content is optimised for digital platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help produce compelling imagery that enhances the brand’s online presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Photography and Content Creation:

- Capture high-quality product photography for e-commerce, marketing, and social media to meet production needs.

- Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and styling to align with brand guidelines.

- Work on technical product photos to capture the quality and features of our products.

- Work on lifestyle and promotional shoots as needed.

Post Production and Image Editing:

- Edit and retouch images for web use, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Ensure colour correction of images to match products.

- Maintain an organised digital asset library.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Strong technical photography skills, particularly in product photography.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other relevant editing software.

- Understanding of image optimization for web use.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

SUCCESS MEASURES:

- High-quality product photography delivered within deadlines.

- Well-edited and optimised images for web use.

- Efficient turnaround of photography and post-production tasks.
