Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate to join as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on targets, and wants to build a long-term career in sales.
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling, booking high-quality meetings, and creating sales opportunities for our Business Development Directors across the UK. Your performance will be measured against clear KPIs, including calls made, meetings booked and attended, and opportunities created.
What will you do as a Business Development Representative?
- Generate leads and enquiries for Business Development Managers within your team
- Prospect potential customers through outbound cold calling
- Book high-quality meetings and create sales opportunities
- Answer questions about the company and its products/services
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system
- Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and relevant prospect information
