Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Digbeth, Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days in office). Full-time position with a competitive salary and uncapped commission (OTE).

They are entering an exciting new phase of growth, investing in IoT and AI initiatives, and looking for ambitious individuals to join their Sales Development team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will focus on starting conversations, understanding customer needs, and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in SaaS sales, gain commercial experience, and develop skills in communication, negotiation, and business development.

You’ll receive training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Development Representative:
  • Reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Booking product demos for our Account Executives
  • Keeping the CRM system (HubSpot and Salesloft) updated with activity and notes
  • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and campaigns
  • Occasionally supporting industry events or networking opportunities
