From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful—so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition. We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data.
About The Role
We’re hiring a Senior E-commerce Project Manager (Shopify) to own execution and delivery across Mira’s website — our core revenue channel. This is a hands-on, technical PM role for someone who understands how Shopify systems actually work — from integrations and tracking to subscriptions and QA — and can spot risks before they become issues. You will drive projects from brief to launch, build scalable processes, and ensure high-quality on-time delivery across our Shopify ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with our E-commerce Product Manager (who owns strategy and CRO), while you own execution, process, risks, and technical coordination end-to-end.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in e-commerce, product management, or website ownership
- Experience managing Shopify stores for $5M–$20M+ brands
- Strong product thinking + execution (user behavior, business goals, technical logic)
- Proven ability to build processes and manage cross-functional delivery
- Experience working closely with developers on technical projects
- Strong risk awareness and ownership mindset—you catch issues early
- Clear, assertive communicator who can drive decisions and push back when needed
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows
Application requirement
Please include links to Shopify stores, landing pages, or e-commerce projects you have owned or significantly contributed to. We are particularly interested in seeing what you built, how you approached it, and the impact it drove.
Nice To Have
- Experience in health, wellness, or regulated products
- Background in subscription or lifecycle-driven businesses
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing frameworks
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
- Execution Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of Shopify projects (landing pages, PDPs, checkout, integrations)
- Strong Project Management: Translate business and product needs into clear scopes, timelines, and dev-ready requirements
- Cross-functional Delivery: Coordinate marketing, product, engineering, and compliance to ensure smooth execution
- Process Building: Establish and improve workflows for development, QA, releases, and post-launch monitoring
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with developers to unblock work, clarify requirements, and ensure quality implementation
- Risk Management (project-based): Identify risks early (e.g. tracking, subscriptions, integrations) and ensure they are addressed during delivery
- Operational Improvements: Drive better ways of working - faster launches, fewer errors, clearer ownership
Benefits
- Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women’s health and expand access to care
- Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions
- Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale
- Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence
- Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs
