In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company. Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition. We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.
About the position

The ideal candidate is experienced in scaling macro and mega creator partnerships, building performance analytics frameworks, and leading influencer teams at DTC e-commerce brands. If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health, please join us!
Requirements
- 5+ years of influencer marketing experience at a DTC e-commerce brand, including direct management of influencer teams and agency partners.
- Proven track record of scaling macro, mega, and KOL partnerships, with experience building repeatable outreach and partnership frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong negotiation skills - able to structure and close partnership deals with creators at all tiers, including macro, mega, and medical/KOL profiles.
- Proven ability to build analytics systems that drive performance improvement - with a track record of designing measurement frameworks that led to measurable gains in influencer ROI.
- Experience launching influencer programs across new channels, with the ability to identify opportunities, build the infrastructure, and track performance from day one.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills - comfortable working across paid social, creative, and external agencies, and able to translate influencer performance into business language for leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a constructive and collaborative approach to managing feedback, navigating disagreement, and influencing decisions across the organization.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
- Scale macro and mega creator partnerships - Build and manage a repeatable pipeline for high-impact, multi-touchpoint influencer collaborations (co-created series, integrated storytelling, product education) rather than one-off sponsored posts.
- Develop a KOL and medical professional program - Identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders, doctors, and OB‑GYNs through compliance-approved partnership structures that drive clinical credibility and measurable conversions.
- Build and maintain the performance analytics framework - Design and implement the analytical system that governs creative and performance quality across the channel - defining who reviews what data, at what cadence, and what thresholds trigger action.
- Expand influencer marketing into new channels - Launch and own new creator-driven channels with dedicated partnership programs targeting fertility and women's health audiences, with end-to-end performance tracking.
- Own the influencer content strategy - Set creative direction across all influencer output - defining the hooks, formats, and narrative frameworks that drive awareness and conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Manage team and agency performance - Lead a team of Influencer Marketing Managers and external agency partners, setting individual KPIs, quarterly benchmarks, and clear decision frameworks for when to rebook, scale, or cut creators.
