We are looking for a Senior Amazon Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon accounts across the US, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate is experienced in Amazon Seller Central FBA operations, brand registry and listing management, and account health monitoring at scale. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role for someone who catches problems before anyone else does and resolves them without being asked. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Amazon Seller Central FBA experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing accounts with $10M or more in annual Amazon revenue
  • Direct experience escalating cases with Amazon's account management team
  • Has independently resolved at least one brand registry crisis, listing suppression, or account transition
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon policy changes and their impact on listings, reviews, and account health
  • Experience with regulated, health, or FDA-relevant product categories strongly preferred
  • Fluent English with strong written communication skills

Details

The role is a remote position with a 40‑hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor account health daily across all three marketplaces and flag issues proactively with a proposed resolution before leadership sees them
  • Own all Amazon Support cases from opening to resolution with no delays and no hand‑offs
  • Maintain and protect Brand Registry across the US, UK, and Canada, including variation architecture and parent/child relationships
  • Manage all flat file uploads, listing updates, title and bullet optimization, and A+ content uploads
  • Resolve listing suppressions and policy flags before they impact sales
  • Own FBA shipment creation and management together with our logistics team, monitor inventory levels and flag restock needs proactively
  • Monitor for unauthorized resellers and counterfeit listings daily and use Brand Registry enforcement tools to remove violations
  • Monitor reviews daily across all marketplaces and manage review request automation
  • Own Amazon Canada account setup and ongoing management
  • Maintain Walmart and Target accounts as secondary channels
