- Extensive Executive Recruitment Experience: Possesses a proven track record (3-5+ years) managing all stages of executive recruitment, specifically for C-suite and senior management positions.
- Industry Expertise & Network: Demonstrates expertise in executive sourcing within the iGaming and Fintech sectors, leveraging a strong professional network in these industries.
- Strategic Partnership & Needs Assessment: Excels at building strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their strategic talent needs and identify ideal candidates for high-impact roles.

- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level talent for future hiring needs.
- Prioritize candidate relationship management to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term engagement.
