Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based at our St Peter's Wharf office, for a PPC Executive in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The PPC Executive will manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), including Search, Performance Max and Shopping.

Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, building campaign structures, creating ad copy, performing A/B testing, managing budgets, analysing campaign performance, and generating client reports.

The role also involves staying up to date with industry trends and identifying opportunities to maximise ROI for clients.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' hands-on PPC experience, agency or in-house
  • Proficiency in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Ability to perform keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present actionable insights to clients
  • Proven organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in digital marketing for competitive industries is a plus
  • Ecommerce or Shopify experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, and certification in Google Ads, is advantageous
