Aspens Services is looking for a passionate nutritionist ready to make a tangible impact on school food, sustainability, and student well‐being. As a Nutritionist on our team, you will play a vital role in elevating menu quality, driving sustainability initiatives, and championing customer health across our catering network. This is a dynamic, multi‐faced position where you will do everything from managing intricate medical allergen risks to creating exciting educational resources and delivering inspiring workshops.

This position is:
- 40 hours per week
- 52 weeks per year
- £40,000 per annum
Your responsibilities will include:
- Menu & Safety Management: Supporting the development of school menus tailored for allergies, intolerances, and medical conditions; conducting rigorous allergen‐related risk assessments.
- Data & Sustainability Analysis: Providing nutritional and CO2 analysis of menus to drive informed, eco‐conscious decision‐making.
- Education & Engagement: Creating and delivering targeted nutrition workshops, educational materials, social media content, and resources to boost Aspens' nutrition profile.
- Insights & Communication: Producing detailed, accurate nutrition reports, research case studies, and blogs to communicate our real‐world impact.
- Cross‐Functional Support: Advising buying and business support teams on product switches and seamlessly handling client queries regarding food, menus, and nutrition.
- Growth: Attending CPD courses to continuously develop your expertise.
We are looking for an organised, self‐motivated individual who is passionate about nutrition research and national health developments.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in Nutrition from an AfN‐accredited university.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, and sharp attention to detail (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; an openness to learning new systems is essential).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, school stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Highly organised and efficient, with the independence to manage a busy diary. You are professional, presentable, and deeply committed to a long‐term career in nutrition.
