The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth of MiQ’s regional business by owning and driving the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR, ensuring a seamless, structured, and high‑quality hiring experience that supports MiQ’s strategic workforce needs. This role sits within our Talent Team and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, manages competing priorities with ease, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End‑to‑End Recruitment Management
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA – from intake meetings and role scoping to offer management and onboarding handover.
- Build and manage sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality and diverse talent across technical, commercial, and operational roles.
- Ensure clear role prioritisation in partnership with the HR Director, Finance, and functional leadership.
- Track and optimise key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a strategic TA advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, process guidance, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with HR Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on workforce planning and approvals.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback loops and a positive experience.
- Process & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage candidate feedback collection and communication to all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting data within Workday and shared systems.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an in‑house Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role supporting regional or multi-country hiring.
- Strong familiarity with the media, advertising, or programmatic industry (preferred).
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiter and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.) is required.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, stakeholders, and changing priorities with professionalism and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on partnership, stakeholder management, and candidate experience.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
