MiQ is a global leader in programmatic media and analytics, helping marketers unlock the value of their data to drive better business outcomes. We combine advanced analytics, industry expertise, and cutting-edge technology to deliver real performance for our clients across the globe. We are collaborative, curious, and driven – and we’re looking for people who share our passion for excellence.
As a Talent Acquisition Executive for EMEA, you will support the growth of MiQ’s regional business by coordinating and running day-to-day recruitment activity. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a consistent, well-organised, and positive hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. This role sits within our Talent Team and is ideal for someone who is early in their in-house TA career, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to build their experience across different functions and markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment process for a range of roles across EMEA, from intake meetings and advertising through to offer stage and handover to HR for onboarding.
- Talent sourcing: Build and execute sourcing approaches (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract strong and diverse talent across commercial, operational, and some technical roles.
- Prioritisation and risk management: Help prioritise open roles in partnership with the HR Director and hiring managers, escalating any risks or bottlenecks early.
- Tracking and reporting: Keep key recruitment trackers up to date and support reporting on metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a day-to-day recruitment contact for hiring managers, providing guidance on process, timelines, and candidate communications. Work closely with HR Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to make sure approvals, job descriptions, and salary ranges are in place before roles go live. Maintain regular, clear communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure expectations are managed and next steps are always understood.
- Process & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person) across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring all logistics are confirmed and interviewers are prepared. Collect and record interview feedback in a timely manner and follow up with all parties as needed. Maintain accurate, compliant data in Workday and shared recruiting trackers, following agreed processes and documentation standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or Talent Coordinator, ideally supporting hiring across more than one country or region.
- Familiarity with the media, advertising, or programmatic industry is a strong plus, but not essential.
- Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiter (or a similar ATS) and strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.).
- Confidence managing multiple open roles and stakeholders, with good organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building good relationships, managing expectations, and providing a positive candidate experience.
- A proactive, learning-focused mindset and an interest in continuously improving how we recruit.
What We Offer
- The chance to join a high-performing global people team in a fast-growing, innovative company.
- A collaborative culture where ideas are welcomed and talent is valued.
- Opportunities for professional development, growth, and global exposure.
- Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with local market standards.
