As we continue to scale Sigma, we are now seeking a seasoned solutions engineer to join our Sigma enterprise team to help us deliver on our customisation capabilities.
As a solutions engineer you will be responsible for translating clients’ commercial challenges into solutions that enhance Sigma and directly address these challenges, often on a custom basis. At the intersection of project management and solution design, this role involves a combination of client requirement gathering, onboarding, relationships management, project management support and technical solution design.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our central global product and commercial teams to deliver on these key strategic initiatives and grow this capability within the central global product org.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering Results: Project Management
- Demonstrate ability to develop and manage custom project plans, critically assessing client needs to uncover requirements and translate these into delivery plans
- Deliver high‑quality outputs on time, to budget, and to scope
- Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities effectively, working across multiple time zones and stakeholder locations
- Maintain documentation – both technical and client friendly – on your delivered solutions
- Leading & Guiding: Communications and strategy
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders, departments, partners and stakeholders will help you get traction and continue to drive success of the project at scale
- Own client onboarding, training and solution scaling to support success of the rollout
- Collaborate with clients as well as central global product and commercial teams to develop POCs and iterate on project delivery
- Drive Technical expertise and innovation
- Able to take technical requirements and translate them into a project delivery plan in collaboration with technical delivery and design teams, including developers, data scientists, product managers and design team
- Lean into emerging technologies and industry changes, in collaboration with product leads to elevate the future‑proofing components of the solution
- Human centred design
- Ensure an inclusive, high quality design culture is maintained in your project development by collaborating closely with the experience design team to deliver excellent user experience
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of technology development experience is essential, preferably an Agency, brand, or buy‑side experience within a product management role
- In depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the data and technology that underpins it
- Experience working with global commercial markets
- A fail fast and learn mentality in experimenting with new concepts and industry opportunities
- Detail‑oriented with an ability to prioritise projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion
- Alignment with MiQ's core values
- A can‑do attitude to provide energy, drive, and enthusiasm
