MiQ is not your average programmatic media partner. We are experts in data science, analytics and omnichannel programmatic trading with a focus on quality and performance. We are seeking an expert in the measurement space to advance the proprietary measurement offering within our AI platform, MiQ Sigma.

Responsibilities

  • Shape MiQ’s proprietary measurement offering and strategy, including how our measurement offering can meet the diverse needs of our global client base, how it can grow revenue, and strengthen the MiQ Sigma platform.
  • Act as the face & primary owner of MiQ proprietary measurement offering, gathering feedback from users & stakeholders and feeding this into technical roadmaps.
  • Create frameworks and best practice to support quality and storytelling of measurement outputs.
  • Educate across both technical & in-market teams about measurement, and client expectations/requirements relating to this, support training & go-to-market.
  • Act as a subject matter in key client conversations, presenting results and handling Q&A where required.
  • Work with MiQ product leads and external partners (where relevant) to advance the measurement practice, and integrate it into our MiQ Sigma platform.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-8 yrs experience delivering measurement to clients / client teams within agencies or specialist measurement companies.
  • Experience with directly or indirectly managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of key techniques such as MMM, MTA & Incrementality, and best practice relating to this.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, programmatic, and adtech.

  • Analytical & Systems Thinking: Able to convert measurement best practices into repeatable processes and standards that improve deliverables at scale. Able to understand how measurement fits into larger MiQ processes and platform workflows, in order to shape how this integrates. Connects disparate measurement solutions and packages them into a single, coherent offering that addresses a rationalized set of client needs.
  • Data Storytelling: Deeply understands client needs and concerns, and is able to present information in a way that addresses this. Able to create scalable templates that ensure measurement outputs are presented in the most impactful way possible, in order to build client confidence and convert measurement results into revenue growth.
  • Initiative & Ownership: An ambitious, bar raising personality that can set "what good looks like" for a team and organisation. Takes proactive ownership of MiQ’s measurement capability, constantly seeking to raise the bar and deliver client & stakeholder satisfaction. Learns about the latest trends and technical developments in the measurement space, and disseminates these to practitioners and roadmap teams in order to ensure MiQ’s measurement offering stays ahead of its competitors.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Builds strong, positive relationships across commercial, product, and delivery teams to achieve shared objectives. Open and transparent about priorities and progress; adapts style to different cultures and working patterns across regions.
