We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Global Product Marketing Manager to support our growing global team. We are looking to hire a Workday Financial Lead to take responsibility for driving the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday Financial modules, ensuring the technology aligns with the organization’s strategic financial objectives. This role acts as a bridge between finance, IT, HR, and other business units to deliver efficient workflows, robust data governance, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional implementation and deployment projects for Workday Financials modules, including Core Financials, General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, Procurement, and Accounting Centre/Prism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Financials topics and represent finance in relevant platform strategy decisions.
- Architect Workday Financial solutions to ensure integration and alignment of all financial workstreams, mitigating cross‑functional impacts.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Workday tenant, including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and deployment of new modules or features.
- Advise stakeholders on industry standards, leading practices, and best use of Workday Financials solutions.
- Support finance and accounting teams with developing and managing Workday reporting environments, dashboards, and analytics that guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (including audit, HRIS, IT, and third‑party vendors) to ensure compliance, maintain data integrity, and execute successful integrations.
- Lead the process for adopting new Workday releases, coordinating system upgrades and enhancements.
- Oversee and establish KPIs, monitor system performance, and ensure strong data governance and security practices.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- 4+ years of prior experience implementing and managing Workday Financial modules (such as FDM, Core Financials) in a large‑scale transformation environment.
- Experience acting as a leader or manager of teams in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday tools such as Financial Data Model (FDM), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and integration tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data governance, compliance, and best practices in enterprise financial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
