Billing Analyst

MiQ is looking for a Billing Analyst to support all entities across our business. This role sits at the intersection of billing, collections, and revenue data, working closely with locally-based stakeholders to ensure revenue is billed accurately, on time, and in line with local requirements. This is a hands-on, operational role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys detail, problem-solving, and improving how things work. While the focus is firmly on billing today, the role offers clear scope to grow into broader accounts receivable ownership over time.

What You’ll Do

• Billing & Revenue Support
  • Support the end-to-end billing process within Workday, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with customer requirements.
  • Partner closely with Trading, Account Management, and Finance teams to support monthly billing cycles.
  • Perform reconciliations between campaign delivery data and Workday billing outputs.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring issues are clearly understood and prevented from recurring.
• Revenue Operations & Analysis
  • Analyse billing and collections data to identify trends, root causes, and process inefficiencies.
  • Produce regular reporting on billing accuracy and dispute drivers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the order-to-cash process, including documentation of ways of working.
• Systems, Data & Process
  • Act as a key user of Workday billing, supporting data accuracy, issue resolution, and day-to-day system usage.
  • Help maintain clean customer, contract, and billing data in Workday and upstream systems.
  • Support testing and implementation of Workday configuration changes or process updates impacting billing and collections.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in a billing, finance operations, or accounts receivable role, ideally with exposure to overseas markets.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reconciliations.
• Comfortable producing analysis and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively across time zones with locally-based stakeholders.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or a services-led business.
• Hands-on experience using Workday.
• An interest in billing operations, process improvement, automation, or systems optimisation.
