Our International division represents a new exciting opportunity for our business, achieving impressive growth since its inception last year. We are therefore looking for an experienced agency navigator to exponentially accelerate our relationships with a select group agencies.

In this role, you will leverage your existing network (and create new) key contacts to solidify MiQ’s relationships with these agency stakeholders and their associated clients. To achieve this objective, you will work closely with global and UK stakeholders at MiQ, with the support of the Group Agency Director, EVP, Global Sales and the wider MiQ International Team, based in London.

As an Agency Partner in the International Sales team, you’ll have the chance to:

Deliver Numbers:

  • Consistently achieve personal sales targets and deliver revenue/profit numbers for your group.
  • Management and responsibility of pipeline and accurate forecasting across the entirety of the sales process.
  • A robust and diligent approach to qualifying revenue opportunities that will contribute to individual and team goals.

Plan and Organise:

  • Create, lead and implement a sales strategy for your agencies and clients, in collaboration with your International and UK counterparts.
  • Establish clear project scope, understanding the brief/solution requirements and managing key milestones to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Support international leadership in their trading reviews and other initiatives with heads of departments within your group.

Communicate:

  • Develop, maintain and manage relationships within the International/Global teams within advertising agencies and clients through a strong and consultative relationship, built on trust and service.
  • Work closely with Product and UK / Global Sales teams, to assist and support agency & client opportunities through clear client identification.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments within the business – Account Management, Trading, Data Science, Product and Solutions.

Persuade and Influence:

  • Own the relationships with agency International teams across all levels
  • Use excellent communication skills to build award-winning solutions and presentations, which impact business choices and answer business challenges.

Understand the Product:

  • Through proactive planning and collaboration, construct a simplified, engaging and impactive narrative via great storytelling, technical explanation and proposal articulation.
  • Proactively uncover and identify business wide or media issues,
  • Curate, innovate and articulate an end-to-end multi-market solution, from briefing stage to effective delivery and execution.

Required Experience:

  • Digital experience working and selling programmatic/digital solutions across International / Global teams.
  • Vast and diversified network of contacts across International/Global teams who you can leverage immediately, to support your growth efforts.
  • Experienced in proactively identifying sales opportunities and appropriate ‘go to market’ sales strategy
  • Experience guiding client briefs and applicable products on a multi-market basis (understanding of nuances between markets is key!)
  • Experience collaborating within an agency or media owner at a senior level
  • Programmatic/analytics led solutions experience would be preferable, but not essential.
  • Proven track-record of consistently delivering revenue targets
  • Experience in delivering new business winning proposals and revenue through agency engagement.
  • Experience in presenting programmatic solutions to mid- senior agency personnel and teams.
  • Hunger & desire to scale and grow, as an individual, part of a team and ‘share of voice’ across your agency territory.
