You will be working for a Top 100 global forwarder, with 150 offices in 80 countries, providing access to 5,000 logistics professionals worldwide. We leverage enthusiasm, experience and resources to reduce costs, improve product availability and increase responsiveness throughout our client's global supply chains.
Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, the successful individual will conduct in-house audits for import/export customs declaration. Assist with international trade compliance and Customs regimes including Customs warehousing, CFSP, ETSF and AEO.
Job Specification:- Provide general support to the CFSP/Compliance team and gaining experience with many duties
- Undertake basic spreadsheet work to support CFSP/Compliance team
- Answering the phone
- Ensure the photocopiers are maintained within the office
- Support with scanning various documents to ensure information is available when required
- Always assume ownership for maintaining a 'tidy office' ensuring a professional image
- Basic knowledge of Excel
