What you’ll do:

  • Lead holding company growth by heading up the holding company sales team and reporting to Rob Linton.
  • Be responsible for all holding company revenue and partnerships, acting as the go-to holding company subject matter expert for the UK business.
  • Drive strategic growth by partnering on the commercial strategy and executing deeply integrated omnichannel growth with all holding companies.
  • Build and deepen partnerships with strategically important senior holding company personnel and senior agency client leads.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing holding company sales team by creating and sustaining a high-energy sales culture.
  • Provide clear direction on where to play and how to win across holding companies.
  • Own quarterly deeper account planning and stakeholder mapping.
  • Coach, develop and mentor team members.
  • Champion pitch and positioning training.
  • Drive UK holding company commercial growth through owning our approach and strategy.
  • Ensure our omnichannel product and capabilities reflect the needs of holding companies.
  • Leverage Sigma, our AI and technology platform, in partnerships with holding companies.
  • Partner with marketing and product marketing to develop thought leadership and event content.

Shape UK strategy and execution by:

  • Acting as a key member of the UK Operating Board.
  • Collaboratively partnering with global commercial and global product & marketing teams.
  • Providing input into interview and hiring processes for UK-wide talent.
