We are seeking a Junior Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow our internal and external customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will need a passion for understanding people, a love for solving problems and an eye for clean and artful design. All for the goal of providing users with an intuitive and delightful experience. You will work with other designers, product managers, engineers and other cross-functional team members globally to design beautiful interfaces that improve user experiences and help MiQ's app suite drive business outcomes. You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Generate new ideas, concepts or resolve problems by leading workshops, structured brainstorms, one-on-ones, or other collaborative exercises.
- Deliver high-quality feature designs at all stages, from wireframes to high fidelity prototypes.
- Produce documentation to support the design process (e.g. user journeys, wireframes, site maps, specifications, guidelines, and reports) and accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities.
- Cooperate with product managers and engineers to understand business and engineering complexity, suggesting opportunities/improvements where possible.
- Participate in design reviews to give and receive constructive feedback with colleagues and leadership.
- Work with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutions.
- Research and stay current with trends in UI, UX & Product Design.
- Take new ideas from concepts to implementation.

- You have a degree or relevant experience in the Design field.
- You are familiar with Figma and general design principles.
- You have used UX principles and processes on previous work or study projects.
