Role: Account Manager, 12 month FTC Reports to: Head of Account Management - Manchester Location: Manchester, Spring Gardens

This role will form a core part of Mi Q London’s continued growth and expansion into paid social.

JOB RESPONSIBILITITES

Your main responsibilities will include

  • Campaign activation & Insight Management
  • Ensuring operational excellence across each stage of the campaign lifecycle including insight reports.
  • CRM - Opportunity & IO management
  • Ensure all relevant assets and materials necessary for campaign setup are gathered
  • Send screenshots and organise reporting
  • Gather benchmarks & drive upweights
  • Working closely with your teams and the Traders to set campaigns up for success
  • Leading troubleshooting requirements and alleviating the trading and product teams from technical troubleshooting where possible.
  • Ensure upweights & rebooking’s where applicable
  • Client Servicing & Relationships
  • Owning and overseeing the post-sales process, ensuring world-class servicing and output at every stage of the client lifecycle
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Acting as an escalation point for troubleshooting client requests
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Leverages our data to identify strategy for clients to share and build our client's brand
  • Able to adjust team or patch focus and priorities based on new information while holding the bigger picture
  • Listens to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, proactively asking questions to gather more content and details
  • Proactively guides clients towards longer-term Mi Q solutions in the Analytics space
  • Training & developing the AM Team
  • Training new AE team members in our systems and the wider programmatic ecosystem
  • Mentoring junior members in the team through their work, as well as their career journey
  • Acting as an escalation point on team issues
  • Influencing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, clients, and the team; sought out as a sounding board.
  • Honestly and proactively challenge internal/external stakeholders’ ideas
  • Gain deep knowledge of what the challenges are for each of our clients are.
  • Continually works to expand their network; builds relationships across the industry with people they don't know or businesses we haven't worked with.

  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (Account Management / Client Services / Sales Support), preferably with media owners, agencies, or ad-tech vendors
