Siamo alla ricerca di una figura proattiva e orientata ai risultati che si unisca al nostro team commerciale. Il/la candidato/a ideale si occuperà di identificare, qualificare e contattare nuovi potenziali clienti (lead) per espandere il nostro portfolio aziendale. L\’attività si svolgerà principalmente attraverso ricerche online mirate e contatti telefonici.
ResponsabilitĂ
- Ricerca e qualificazione dei contatti: Analizzare le liste di aziende fornite dall\’azienda per identificare i contatti commerciali rilevanti (es. responsabili acquisti, direttori, facility manager).
- Lead Generation online: Utilizzare strumenti e piattaforme online (es. LinkedIn, database aziendali, software specializzati, motori di ricerca) per trovare informazioni di contatto aggiornate e rilevanti.
- Contatto telefonico (cold calling): Avviare chiamate a freddo per presentare i servizi/prodotti aziendali, valutare l\’interesse e fissare appuntamenti per il team di vendita.
- Gestione del database: Mantenere aggiornato il CRM (Customer Relationship Management) aziendale con tutte le informazioni relative ai contatti e alle interazioni avute.
- Reportistica: Redigere report periodici sulle attivitĂ svolte e sui risultati raggiunti (numero di chiamate, contatti qualificati, appuntamenti fissati).
Requisiti
- Gradita, ma non vincolante, esperienza pregressa in attivitĂ di telemarketing, lead generation o sviluppo commerciale.
- Ottime capacitĂ comunicative e relazionali, con un approccio proattivo e persuasivo.
- Familiarità con l\’utilizzo di strumenti di ricerca online e database aziendali.
- Conoscenza base o avanzata del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare) e preferibilmente di software CRM.
- Orientamento al risultato e capacitĂ di lavorare per obiettivi.
- Costanza, organizzazione e precisione.
