Ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe services is fundamental at the MioCare Group.
Our Quality Monitoring Officers play a vital role in monitoring quality and compliance whilst demonstrating a culture of continuous learning, development and improvement.
Working within a small team you will support Registered Managers by providing and supporting with the use of a range of tools, methods and techniques which support them in evidencing the work they do and the outcomes achieved for and with the people they support., * You will work with the Quality Lead to fully implement the Group’s Quality Assurance Framework ensuring that all quality standards are achieved and maintained.

You will undertake spot checks and audits, identifying areas of both best practice and non-compliance, escalating inconsistencies and errors as required.

You will contribute to the presentation of data and information in various formats to include formal reports and visual representations for a variety of audiences and purposes.

You will be proactive in identifying areas of best practice and new initiatives which will support the Group to continuously learn, develop and improve.

You will maintain a focus on the people we support, liaising with people who use our services and their families to ensure they receive the best possible service from the MioCare Group.
