Quality Monitoring Officer

Ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe services is fundamental at the MioCare Group.

Our Quality Monitoring Officers play a vital role in monitoring quality and compliance whilst demonstrating a culture of continuous learning, development and improvement.

Working within a small team you will support Registered Managers by providing and supporting with the use of a range of tools, methods and techniques which support them in evidencing the work they do and the outcomes achieved for and with the people they support., * You will work with the Quality Lead to fully implement the Group’s Quality Assurance Framework ensuring that all quality standards are achieved and maintained.

• You will undertake spot checks and audits, identifying areas of both best practice and non-compliance, escalating inconsistencies and errors as required.

• You will contribute to the presentation of data and information in various formats to include formal reports and visual representations for a variety of audiences and purposes.

• You will be proactive in identifying areas of best practice and new initiatives which will support the Group to continuously learn, develop and improve.

• You will maintain a focus on the people we support, liaising with people who use our services and their families to ensure they receive the best possible service from the MioCare Group.
