Mio Care Group is seeking a Reablement Support Worker for its Community Reablement Service in Oldham.

The role involves short-term intensive support to help people regain independence, working with families and carers, across seven days a week.

The position is permanent, with shifts between 7am and 11pm, 20 or 25 hours per week.

Base location is Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre with travel across the borough of Oldham.
