Lead the next chapter of care, independence and innovation in Oldham.

We are now seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead the organisation through its next phase of development.
Reporting to the MioCare Board and the Shareholder Steering Committee, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across MioCare. You will safeguard quality, regulatory compliance and financial sustainability while developing new approaches to prevention, reablement and personalised support.
This is an opportunity to build on strong foundations while increasing MioCare’s contribution to the wider health and care system. You will lead service transformation, support innovation and digital development, strengthen partnerships and empower our workforce to deliver outstanding care.
We are looking for an accomplished senior leader who can bring:
- Experience of leading complex, regulated services
- A strong record of organisational improvement and transformation
- Commercial and financial acumen
- A clear focus on quality and frontline delivery
- The ability to build influential partnerships
- An inclusive and engaging approach to leadership
You may come from social care, health, housing, supported living or another people-focused sector. More important is your ability to combine social purpose with commercial judgement and bring people with you through change.
If you are an ambitious, values-led leader who wants to shape the future of care and support in Oldham, we would be delighted to hear from you.
