Mio Fiore Newbury is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our on-site kitchen team in Newbury. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, prepare and plate authentic Italian dishes, manage mise en place, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
You'll oversee stock control, place supplier orders, minimise waste, and ensure food safety and hygiene across all kitchen areas.
