The technology platform includes (i) STN Video, an online video platform (OVP), which provides access to a robust sports highlights rights portfolio, and (ii) Magnifi, an AI-driven SaaS platform, that enables rights holders to detect key moments and create highlights in real time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and Tailwind.
  • Build and optimize large-scale, high-traffic sites serving millions of users each month.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and a globally distributed engineering team.
  • Contribute meaningfully to backend services and APIs (Node.js, Golang, or PHP experience is a plus).
  • Drive technical best practices, code quality, performance, and maintainability across the codebase.
  • Mentor and develop other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pairing.
  • Help raise the overall engineering bar by sharing knowledge, setting standards, and leading by example.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and iteration speed.

Requirements:

What You Have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in web development.
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript, React, and modern frontend architecture.
  • Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and maintainability in large frontend applications.
  • Experience mentoring mid-level developers and contributing to their growth.
  • Comfort using AI-powered coding tools as part of your daily development workflow.
  • Bonus: Production experience with Node.js, Golang, or PHP.
  • Experience in digital publishing and with modern CMS products.
  • Strong ownership mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and comfort working in a fully remote team.
