The role is the "Internal Engine" of Minut’s hardware business and will be responsible for Supply Chain, Certification, Demand Forecasting, and NPI (New Product Introduction). As the Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary bridge between "what we design" and "what we deliver." You will own the physical journey of our current and future hardware, from the initial engineering prototype through global certifications, mass production, and ultimately into our customers' hands. You are the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and the Commercial teams.

What you’ll do

  • Global Logistics & Fulfillment
    • Own the end-to-end supply chain logistics for all hardware products.
    • Manage relationships with 3PL providers and factory partners to optimise shipping lanes, duty costs, and warehouse positioning.
    • Ensure seamless inventory movement across global regions to prevent fulfillment bottlenecks.
  • Certification & Compliance Project Management
    • Partner with Hardware Engineering to project-manage global regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, UKCA, RoHS, etc.).
    • Maintain the documentation library for all hardware products to ensure we remain compliant as we enter new international markets.
    • Manage timelines with external test labs to ensure certification doesn’t become a launch blocker.
  • Demand Planning & Supply Strategy
    • Collaborate with the Commercial team to build accurate demand forecasts based on sales pipelines and market trends.
    • Manage Weeks of Supply (WOS) levels to balance the risk of stockouts against the cost of excess inventory.
    • Translate sales forecasts into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) for our manufacturing partners.
  • New Product Introduction (NPI) & PDP Management
    • Drive the Product Development Process (PDP), moving hardware from concept through to launch.
    • Act as the project lead for NPI, ensuring that engineering milestones, packaging design, product marketing, sales, and firmware readiness stay synchronised for launch.
    • Manage the transition from engineering builds (Proto/EVT/DVT) to Mass Production (MP).

What you bring

  • Must have:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware operations at a technology company.
    • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
    • Analytical Rigor.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience working in a fast-growth tech start-up.
    • PDP Fluency, i.e., you understand the gates of hardware development (EVT/DVT/PVT).
    • Experience managing E-tail fulfillment channels, specifically Amazon (1P/Vendor Central or 3P/FBA), including compliance, labeling requirements, and inbound logistics.

The team you’ll join

Benefits

  • Co-ownership – you’ll receive an equity stock options package. If the company value increases, so does the value of your stake.
  • Learning – Be part of an environment highly focused on knowledge and developing new skills.
  • Wellness grant – You may use up to £50/month towards any wellness-related activities, such as gym membership or sports activities.
  • A hybrid working policy (at least 2 days per week from our London office).
  • UK workplace pension scheme.
  • Bike-to-work and workplace nursery schemes.
  • Off-site – Company-wide retreat in beautiful locations.
