Mintra is seeking a Product Support Advisor to join our Service Centre. You will troubleshoot and advise customers on Mintra software solutions, with remote work options available, based in the country of one of our office locations in the UK, Cyprus or Greece.
You will join our global service team to support customers in using our systems, collaborating with development and consultancy teams and contributing to documentation for user guidance.
