Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a talented and organised Paralegal to join our Business Support team, to support Mintra’s Legal function with contract management, administrative coordination, and process optimisation across a high‑volume commercial environment. The Paralegal will play a key role in enabling efficient contract execution and supporting the Legal Director and wider business. This includes ensuring strong organisation, visibility, and control over the contracting process, coordinating approvals and signatures, assisting with corporate administration, and maintaining accurate and compliant documentation across multiple jurisdictions. This is a permanent fulltime position and can be based in or around any of our office locations globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Management & Administration
    • Maintain and update contract repositories (e.g. House of Control)
    • Ensure all agreements are properly stored, version controlled, and accessible
    • Track contract lifecycle stages (draft, negotiation, execution, renewal, termination)
    • Monitor key dates (renewals, expiries, notice periods) and flag upcoming actions
    • Assist with corporate filings, extracts, and regulatory documentation
    • Coordinate timely collection and organisation of corporate documents
  • Contract Preparation & Support
    • Manage signature processes (e.g. DocuSign), including circulation and follow ups
    • Populate standard templates (NDAs, CFAs, addenda, etc.) and review changes, escalating when appropriate
    • Prepare execution-ready versions of agreements
    • Support the Legal Director with document formatting and compilation
  • Internal Coordination
    • Act as a point of contact between Legal and internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)
    • Follow up on approvals and ensure required authorisations are obtained
    • Assist in gathering information needed for contract drafting and review
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Support due diligence activities (KYC, onboarding checks, coordination)
    • Maintain compliance-related documentation and obligations
    • Ensure proper filing of contractual and supporting materials
    • Assist in standardising contract templates and workflows
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

We'd like you to have:

  • Law degree or relevant legal studies background
  • Previous experience in a legal or contracts‑related role (law firm or in‑house)
  • Experience in contract administration or legal support
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
