What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Advisory Board (CAB)
- Design and manage CABs with senior stakeholders from Mintel’s Strategic Partner Accounts.
- Facilitate high‑value strategic conversations and co‑creation forums that shape our product, content, and service direction.
- Ensure outputs directly influence Mintel’s commercial and marketing strategies.
- Independent Expert Network (IEN)
- Launch and scale a global network of external subject matter experts (across economics, technology, climate, culture, etc.).
- Oversee expert recruitment, engagement, and contributions to content and thought leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure insights drive relevance, innovation, and impact.
- Explore and develop additional client engagement panels across other segments.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed insights into decision‑making.
- Measure and communicate the impact of CAB and IEN on retention, innovation, and brand reach.
- Represent Mintel with senior clients and experts—international travel included.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in Client Experience, Strategy, Research, or Insights, ideally in B2B or professional services.
- Proven success leading advisory boards, client research programs, or expert networks.
- A confident relationship‑builder, skilled in engaging C‑suite clients and external thought leaders.
- Strong strategic facilitator who can challenge assumptions and translate insights into action.
- Cross‑functional collaborator, experienced in driving alignment and clarity in complex stakeholder environments.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to build something from the ground up.
- Skilled at turning diverse data into actionable themes and influencing internal decision‑making.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Client Engagement: Sustained participation in CAB and IEN with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: +10% increase in spend from CAB participants.
- Client Retention: +1% lift among Core Accounts by addressing unmet needs faster.
