The Global Consulting Operations team supports the growth of our global Consulting team by designing and implementing workflows and performance measurement processes. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join as a Data Coordinator, playing a critical role in supporting regional Directors of Operations in their daily activities. This role involves ensuring data accuracy across systems, reconciling opportunities and revenue streams, and supporting operational reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a problem-solver, with strong time-management skills, and effective communication abilities. Experience handling large data volumes, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce and Kantata are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Opportunity Management: Reconcile opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy for regional meetings.
- Collaboration with Sales: Act as the point of contact for sales teams regarding Salesforce adjustments.
- Data Integrity: Identify and resolve data discrepancies with the Accounts team.
- Revenue Reconciliation: Ensure revenue consistency across Salesforce, Kantata, and accounting sheets.
- System Auditing: Verify opportunity logging in Kantata, maintaining data consistency across platforms.
- Financial Updates: Update product, margin, and financial data in Salesforce and Kantata.
- Pipeline Review: Validate pipeline data between Salesforce and Kantata, resolve discrepancies.
- Project Support: Update project details in Kantata, focusing on budgets and progress.
- Month-End Reconciliation: Support month-end data accuracy and reporting.
- Meeting Coverage: Provide support during regional meetings in the absence of managers.
- Proficient in handling large datasets, Excel skills required; Salesforce and Kantata experience a plus.
