We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our finance team on a 6-month interim basis to support the team on global reporting and financial processes. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and timely close process and will suit someone with an accounting background and hands-on experience in reconciliations and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead balance sheet reconciliations, compiling schedules and analysing variances and anomalies.
- Manage close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Provide support across finance operations and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure audit readiness.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with solid experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
