We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Management Specialist to join our People Development team. This role will support the design and implementation of career development initiatives that help employees grow within the organization—whether through lateral moves or upward progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining career pathways and development resources for employees.
  • Support the rollout of career development programs, tools, and workshops.
  • Primary liaison with 3rd‑party vendors to support our career pathing initiative.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of competency models aligned to roles across the organization.
  • Help ensure competencies are integrated into performance, development, and hiring processes.
  • Partner with People Operations to embed competencies into talent processes.
  • Work with Learning & Development to align training offerings with career growth needs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure internal mobility is clear, encouraged, and supported.
  • Coordinate career development initiatives and track progress against goals.
  • Gather feedback and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in talent management, career development, or related HR functions.
  • Familiarity with competency modeling and career development frameworks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Project Management – Experience of running and implementing end‑to‑end projects.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS or talent management platforms.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Passion for employee development and internal mobility strategies.
  • Administer and optimize talent management platforms, including user access, data integrity, troubleshooting, and ongoing configuration.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual talent processes and ensure seamless integration between HRIS, LMS, and other talent systems.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, evaluate new solutions, and coordinate system upgrades or transitions as needed.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on talent metrics, system usage, and program outcomes to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.
