Strong process mapping skills, with the ability to run meetings and structured conversations to extract and document workflow detail. Ability to turn qualitative, ambiguous input into clean, structured analysis and well-reasoned recommendations. Experience supporting business case development and translating operational data into financial or strategic terms. Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and presenting findings clearly. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
